What are the system requirements to use InstantPhotoLive?
You need to be able to save photos to Dropbox. If you need Dropbox, download it here for Mac/Windows: https://www.dropbox.com/downloading
How hard is setup?
Easy, because if you want free phone setup we just walk you through it. Just ask.
There are three steps to setup InstantPhotoLive:
1. Give InstantPhotoLive access to your Dropbox
2. Create a folder in Dropbox and make up code
3. Save your new images to that Dropbox folder on your computer
And that’s it! When guests go to BoothCode.com on their phones, they enter the code and see their images immediately!
Do I Need Internet At The Event To Use This?
Yes! If you’re worried about using a lot of data, make sure you’re compressing photos when you save them. If you need help with that, please contact us here! We can help you optimize your images to upload fast and not eat up as much data.
Do I Need To Purchase Anything Else?
No! That’s the beauty of this software. Everyone has a phone with a screen in their pocket, so there’s no need for an iPad or any other hardware.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription:
